ENDOW's mission is "to educate women towards a deeper, more profound understanding of their God-given dignity and vocation as women."
If you would like to start an ENDOW study group in your area, please see the necessary steps below:
1. Contact the ENDOW office, located in Denver, CO, by calling (303) 715-3224 or by emailing the office.
2. Please visit the "Supporting Bishops" page on the ENDOW website to see which archdioceses and dioceses currently support the ENDOW program. Out of respect for the authority that the Church gives to bishops as shepherds of their dioceses, ENDOW requires that permission be obtained from the local diocesan bishop of an area in which ENDOW classes are held. (The ENDOW office will assist future facilitators in obtaining permission if their diocese has not yet granted permission.)
3. Once approval is granted in a diocese, there must be an ENDOW-trained facilitator to lead ENDOW classes. To become an ENDOW facilitator, please download the "Facilitator Application Packet" from the ENDOW website. After submitting all four parts of the application to the ENDOW office, you will receive a letter of acceptance or regret.
4. If accepted, request flyers and informational folders from the ENDOW office to present the ENDOW program to your parish priest. As well, please review the "Facilitator Resources" section of the ENDOW webpage.
5. Set a meeting with your priest to request approval to begin an ENDOW study group in your parish.
6. Upon receiving approval, set a time and location for your group to meet.
7. Call the parish office to request that your ENDOW class be added to the parish calendar.
8. Market your ENDOW group in the following ways: (Please review the "Facilitator Resources" section of the ENDOW webpage.)
9. Direct interested participants to register online at http://www.endowonline.com/. (Encourage all participants to register at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class, as express shipping charges are added for those who register later.)
10. Begin to meet with the registered participants!
